Part-Time / Full-Time Providers
Assist Seniors / DODD individuals with their daily living, providing safety, and comfort. Provide assistance to clients with basic tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Help with home management tasks such as preparing meals, grocery shopping, attending and participating in recreation and residential cleaning. All are welcome to apply. Non-Medical Transportation Driver
Ability to transport clients/patients with mobility challenges to and from daily task and appointments. MUST have a valid Ohio drivers license. Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional at all times, as well as neat and clean. Successful candidates will possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to understand and operate GPS devices and cell phones. Those with CPR and First AID would be a plus. Office / Clerical
Office / Clerical or Service and Support administration. Must be familiar with general office equipment i.e. phones, copiers, faxes. Must be polite and friendly. Should have the ability to multi-task and quickly learn new software. May be required to work in the office as well as a back up outside the office.
Duties include but are not limited to: identify issues and concerns of individuals and/or families, assist in developing a customized Individual Service Plan (ISP), provide options for service providers and resources, monitor the progress of ISPs, ensure services are effective and are being delivered according to the ISP, provide referrals in areas such as Social Security, guardianship, Medicaid, waiting lists, etc.
Assist with residential needs, maintain an individuals health, safety, and welfare, provide information to help the community support individuals with disabilities, provide the single point of accountability for all waiver services.

Adult Day Staff
The ideal candidate must be committed to providing exceptional vocational supports to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a day program setting or community-based work or volunteer placement. The candidate must be willing to drive company vehicles and or personal vehicles on community trips and to work/volunteer sites. We are looking for caring and dynamic staff, who are eager to teach skills aimed at independence, job readiness, and community inclusion. As well as lend support with daily living personal care needs.
Experience is preferred, but it is not necessary. We will train the right candidates. All applicants must be able to become First Aid, and CPR trained, A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
